Medal was instituted on 27 March 2018.
Medal is awarded to employees, veterans, and other individuals who have served impeccably in the defense and aerospace industry, the state material reserve, and in the field of information security for at least 10 years, for exemplary performance of official duties, high quality of tasks performed, initiative, creativity, long-term and impeccable service, achievement of high professional performance, special merits, and other achievements in their work.
