Medal for Contribution to the Development of the Space Industry

Medal was instituted on 27 March 2018.
Medal is awarded to employees of the space industry for their significant personal contribution to the establishment and development of the space industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including for the highest achievements in the exploration and use of outer space, the implementation of projects in the space industry, the creation and operation of rocket and space technology and other areas of space activity, as well as the training of professional personnel for the space industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the promotion of its history of achievements, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have at least 10 years of work experience (service) at enterprises, institutions and organizations of the space industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
