Nicaraguan Medal of Merit

NIC010 Medalla al Mérito de Nicaragua

Medal is instituted on 16 September 1932.
Medal is awarded by the President to any person who has distinguished himself, or who may hereafter distinguish himself by extraordinary heroism or distinguished service to the Nicaraguan Government, such heroism or distinguished service not being sufficient to justify the presenting of a Presidential Medal of Merit, a Medal of Distinction, or a Cross of Valor.
