Decoration awarded to members of the Armed Forces, Naval Force and Air Force who are distinguished by their discipline, loyalty, esprit de corps, exemplary conduct and outstanding acts in peacetime that benefit the National Defense.
Decoration awarded in three classes: gold, silver and bronze.
Decoration for Armed Forces has the title Corporal Luis Minacho (Cabo “Luis Minacho”).
