Order instituted on 1 October 1962.
Order is awarded for distinguished services to the Royal Court.
Order is awarded in five classes: Grand Cross, Grand Officer, Commander, Officer and Knight. Plus two medals - silver and bronze.
Order has been revived under the current Kingdom. There are two types of the current version.
