Medal awarded to individuals or units of foreign armies, countries or international organizations for their contribution to strengthening cooperation, developing working relations based on mutual respect and friendship with the Slovenian Armed Forces in peace or war, joint exercises at various levels or all other forms of cooperation.
Medal awarded in three classes.
