Medal awarded to nationals of the Republic of Slovenia for personal valour and self-sacrifice in saving human lives and material goods.
Medal awarded in three categories: Medal of Merit in the civil field SVN005.1(trefoil without enamel in the center); Medal of Merit in the diplomatic and international field SVN005.2(trefoil with white enamel in the center); Medal of Merit in the military or security field SVN005.3(trefoil with the faceted garnet (blue enamel) in the center).
