Order awarded to individuals, nationals of the Republic of Slovenia, and foreign nationals for exceptional actions worthy of particular distinction.
Medal awarded in three categories: Medal for Honourable Conduct in the civil field (trefoil with blue enamel in the center); Medal for Honourable Conduct in the diplomatic and international field (trefoil with the faceted garnet with white enamel in the center); Medal for Honourable Conduct in the military or security field (trefoil with the faceted garnet with yellow enamel in the center).
