BRA054 Ordem do Mérito Naval

Order instituted by Decree 24659 of 11 June 1934.
Order awarded to Brazilian and foreign Naval military personnel for exceptional service in the Navy or to those who have made a contribution to the Navy.
Order awarded in five grades: Grand Cross, Grand Officer, Commander, Officer and Knight.
There are two types of the order.
