• Order awarded to Brazilian and foreign personalities, civil or military, who have become worthy of gratitude or admiration from the People and the Government of the Federal District.
• Order awarded in six grades: Grand Collar, Grand Cross, Grand Officer, Commander, Officer and Knight.
