Medal of Efficient Leadership

QAT012 .نوط الكفادة القيادية.

Medal was instituted by Law No.12 of 09 June 1992.
Medal is awarded to members of the Armed Forces who hold a leadership position at various levels and make a significant or distinguished contribution to their unit through outstanding work or who perform their duties with a high spirit characterized by initiative, dedication, and sincerity.
