URY001 Orden de la República Oriental

Order instituted by Law Nº 15.529 of 2 March 1984.
Order awarded to foreign persons in recognition of meritorious acts or extraordinary contributions to the country or in reciprocity.
Order awarded in six classes: Collar, Grand Cross, Sash, Commander, Officer and Knight.
On 28 August 1992, the design of the order was changed, so there are two types of orders insignia.
