Order was instituted in 2006.
Order is awarded for special services to the state associated with the development of the statehood of the Transnistria, achievements in work, strengthening peace, friendship and cooperation between peoples, for a significant contribution to the defense of the Fatherland.
Order is awarded in two classes.
