Order was instituted on 30 April 2013.
Order is awarded in recognition for distinguished people in the fields of civil service, judiciary, economy, finance and free professions. It is also granted to anyone who made a heroic noble job for the country.
Order is awarded in three classes.
Saud of Saudi Arabia - was the King of Saudi Arabia.
