Order is awarded in recognition for distinguished persons in the field of global humanitarian initiatives, social development, Arab and Islamic unity and the establishment of the principles of justice and tolerance.
Order is awarded in three classes.
Abdullah of Saudi Arabia - was the King of Saudi Arabia.
