- Medal awarded for a special one-time distinction in the performance of duty.
- Medal awarded to actual military service soldiers, active reserve soldiers, civilians and foreign soldiers and civilians: for personal dedication in the performance of official duties in extreme conditions; for proactive and skillful leadership of the unit in performing the complex task of senior management in extreme conditions; for sacrifice in saving other people's lives and state property; for excellence in international operations abroad; for the particularly good performance of a one-time task of special importance to the Lithuanian Armed Forces.
