• Medal awarded to military personnel of the Ministry of Defense, the Border Service, the National Guard, military personnel and certified employees of the State Committee for National Security, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Financial Police Service, the State Security Service, the military prosecutor's office, military courts, the Drug Control Agency, the Ministry of Justice for the conscientious performance of official duties, excellent indicators in combat and political training and who have served 15 or more years.
• Medal awarded in two classes (for 20 and 15 years of service).
