• Medal awarded to junior officers of the Lithuanian Armed Forces who have distinguished themselves in impeccable, diligent and honest service in the Lithuanian Armed Forces.
• Medal awarded to junior officers of professional military service: for special excellence in strengthening the Lithuanian Armed Forces; for exemplary and successful command of a platoon, company or equivalent military unit; for determination to achieve high combat training results of the command unit; for a significant personal contribution that has affected the unit in the performance of the assigned task.
