• Medal was instituted on 3 January 2015, and reinstituted in 2019.
• Medal is awarded to National Police personnel who, through outstanding displays of morality, ethics, selflessness, zeal, discipline, and exemplary conduct, have completed 15, 20, and 25 years of uninterrupted service.
• Medal is awarded in three classes: Bronze - for 15 years of service, Silver - for 20 years of service, and Gold - for 25 years.
