Decoration is the highest military decoration awarded by the Constitutional President of the Republic, used to recognize high-ranking civilian and military officials and national or foreign personalities for their service, support, and significant contribution to institutional strengthening and development, often presented in solemn ceremonies such as the anniversary of the Armed Forces.
