10th March Medal

Medal was instituted by Presidential Decree No. 4440 of 3 December 1952.
Medal was awarded to all members of the Army, the Navy, and the National Police who, having been on active duty on 10 March 10, 1952, continued in that status on the date of the aforementioned Presidential Decree No. 4440, of 3 December 1952. It would also be awarded to all members of the armed forces who, having been discharged between 10 October 1944, and 9 March 9, 1952, were called back to active duty between 10 March 1952, and the date of promulgation of Presidential Decree No. 4440.
