Decoration was instituted on 15 August 2019 with additions by Law on 28 October 2021.
Decoration is awarded for highly meritorious service or achievement in science, the arts, literature, sport, civic duties or any other endeavour, worthy of national recognition.
Decoration is awarded in two classes: gold and silver.
