Medal awarded for significant services rendered to the Motherland.
Medal have two classes. The first-class medal awarded to servicemen of the armed forces of the Republic of Armenia and other troops, employees of other public administration bodies, as well as to citizens of the Republic of Armenia and Armenian nationals who are not citizens of the Republic of Armenia. The second-class medal awarded to servicemen of the armed forces of the Republic of Armenia and other troops, employees of other public administration bodies and persons for other significant services rendered to the motherland.
