Order awarded to both Sudanese and Foreign women who provided excellent services for the state or for the humanity.
Order have three classes.
Order have two types: I type - Governor General issue with the rhino suspension and II type - Democratic Republic of Sudan issue with the emblem of the Republic suspension.
