Medal is awarded to Chiefs, Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers and Soldiers of the intelligence agencies who have extraordinary merits in the performance of operational work that contributes to the success of strategic, operational and contingent plans in function of the stability of the country and the defense of the Homeland.
Medal is awarded in two classes.
