Order instituted on 31 May 1963.
Order have two types: with Bee - for good and loyal service rendered with efficiency, devotion, creative initiative and zeal in the field of politics, administration, economic, social, artistic or military service for at least five years and with Lion - for particularly meritorious service in any of the above mentioned fields.
