Cross For Housemaids

- Decoration was instituted by Grand Duchess Luise on 16 February 1876.
- Decoration was awarded to housemaids for long uninterrupted service.
- Decoration was awarded for 25, 40, 50, and 60 years of service. The crosses for 50 and 60 years were silver gilded with a laurel wreath between the arms of the cross. For over 40 years the cross was silver gilded without the wreath. The cross in silver was awarded for more than 25 years of service.
