Service Medal 1945–1975

Medal instituted on 22 February 1995.
Medal awarded to members of the Australia's Armed Forces, Mercantile Marine and Volunteer Defence Corps for service in peacekeeping or non-warlike operations in the 30-year period following World War II, and prior to February 1975.
Medal have the following clasps: Berlin, FESR, Germany, Indonesia, Japan, Kashmir, Korea, PNG, Southwest Pacific, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Special OPs, Thailand and West New Guinea.
