Commemorative Medal for Participation in the Fight Against Fascism and for the Liberation of Homeland

SVK023 Pamätná medaila za účasť v boji proti fašizmu a za oslobodenie vlasti

Medal was instituted on 20 July 2009 to the occasion of the celebrations of the 65th anniversary of the Slovak National Uprising and the celebrations of the 65th anniversary of the end of the Second World War.
Medal was awarded to war veterans - participants in World War II, members of the Armed Forces of the Allied States who contributed to victory over fascism, persons who contributed to the development of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic, other important personalities Republic and abroad.
